All requests go to [email protected]. Please use the subject "Law enforcement request", or "Law enforcement request – URGENT" where life or limb is at risk.

Urgent requests are handled before anything else. An address for formal service is provided on request.

What we do ourselves

• Indications of minors or coercion stop publication. Ages under 18 and typical wording of coercion and trafficking are detected at ingest. The listing does not appear, and the case goes into a separate safety review. If the listing is already online, it is hidden immediately.
• Suspicious networks are flagged. Where a number of different names advertise under one phone number across several cities, a human reviews the connection.
• Anyone can report. Every listing has a report function that needs no account, with dedicated reasons for "minor" and "coercion or trafficking".
• Suspended does not mean deleted. If a suspicion is confirmed, the listing is suspended rather than deleted, so the data remains available for proceedings.

What we can provide on request

• Listing data, including its origin (source address) and the first and last time it was collected.
• Connected listings: other entries with the same phone number, the same messenger handle or the same images.
• Preservation: we freeze the data on a listing before any decision on disclosure.
• Suspension of a listing at an authority's request.
• For claimed profiles, additionally the account details we hold.

For disclosure we need a request from an official address with a case reference and legal basis. In exigent circumstances the official request is enough to start; the formal part can follow.

What we do not have

• No facial recognition. We do not compute facial features or match faces. Under the European AI Act this is prohibited for scraped images. If you are looking for a missing person, send us phone numbers, names or image addresses. We can search with those.
• No payment data on listings. Listing is free; only optional promotion is paid for.
